FullSpeed Automotive Appoints Laura Sasser as Senior Vice President of Retail Store Operations

In her new role, Sasser will optimize operational efficiencies to reinforce FullSpeed’s world-class customer experience

FullSpeed Automotive®, one of the nation’s largest franchisors and operators of automotive aftermarket repair facilities, home to flagship brands Grease Monkey®, SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service®, and Kwik Kar® recently appointed Laura Sasser as the new Senior Vice President of Retail Store Operations for FullSpeed Automotive brands. Sasser is an accomplished professional with an extensive background in restaurant management, retail operations, and team building.

Sasser comes to FullSpeed after spending the past 18 years at Channel Control Merchants (CCM), a KKR portfolio company. She contributed significantly to CCM’s growth and was instrumental in their success, by helping the company navigate complex challenges, spearheading growth strategies, and consistently exceeding targets. Throughout her career, Sasser has garnered skills in various operations roles, including asset protection, inventory management, store operations, and training and development.

In her new role at FullSpeed, Sasser will focus on operational efficiencies and alignment to reinforce that FullSpeed offers a consistent and world-class customer experience across our shops.
