Stacey Pool joined FullSpeed Automotive in May 2024, bringing over two decades of experience in consumer marketing. Prior to joining FullSpeed, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Noodles & Company.

Throughout her time at Noodles, Stacey led several of the brand’s most successful initiatives, such as introducing the new brand positioning of ‘Uncommon Goodness’ as well as revitalizing the company’s rewards and loyalty program. Leveraging her proven ability in translating guest insights into tangible business outcomes, she reshaped Noodles’ marketing into a more data-driven, guest-centric organization.

Prior to joining Noodles & Company, Stacey held a variety of leadership positions at Vail Resorts, including Senior Vice President of Season Pass Marketing, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Vice President of Digital. During her time at Vail Resorts, she was responsible for Epic Pass brand marketing and the game-changing application, EpicMix.

Before Vail Resorts, she contributed to Nike by shaping the vision and strategy for the digital experience platform, NIKEiD.com, and she also held a consulting role at Accenture. Stacey’s diverse background is further enriched by her dedication to fostering high-performing, adaptable, and innovative teams.
