Brian Maciak joined FullSpeed Automotive as Chief Executive Officer in 2025. Brian is a seasoned executive with extensive experience leading large-scale, multi-brand operations in the automotive aftermarket industry.
Before joining FullSpeed, Brian served as CEO of Burt Brothers Tire & Service, where he nearly doubled the company’s footprint and drove significant financial growth in under two years. Prior to that, he spent 15 years with TBC Corporation, holding multiple leadership roles, including President & Chief Operating Officer overseeing more than 3,000 company-owned and franchised locations across the Tire Kingdom, NTB, Midas, and Big O Tires brands. He also served as Executive Vice President & General Counsel and was a member of TBC’s Management Council, responsible for long-term strategic direction.
Brian is known for his people-first leadership style, strategic mindset, and commitment to operational excellence. At FullSpeed, he will focus on expanding the company’s portfolio of Grease Monkey®, SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service®, and Kwik Kar® locations, strengthening franchisee collaboration, and enhancing customer experiences systemwide.
